WHAT ARE THE BEST EXERCISE TO STRENGTHEN YOUR CORE?

Having a strong core is key to reducing risk of injury both in and out of the gym. If you’ve ever hurt yourself lifting a weight, even a light weight or moving the wrong way, it could have very possibly been due to having weak core muscles. Find out the core exercises I have selected to help build a strong core  

  
  Resistance training is the superior form of training when it comes to improving your health and wellbeing. I do encourage my clients to include multiple modalities of exercise in their training protocol and all modalities have their benefits, but nothing comes close to resistance training.
