During pregnancy, women want to make sure they are doing everything they can to protect their baby and to reduce any risk of complications. Here is a guide to resistance training during pregnancy and how to train appropriately during this precious time.

  Resistance training is the superior form of training when it comes to improving your health and wellbeing. I do encourage my clients to include multiple modalities of exercise in their training protocol and all modalities have their benefits, but nothing comes close to resistance training.
